Name (kk / ru / en), address, entrances with flat ranges, source and last update. Used
by the app and by atasumaps.com/p/{placeId}. A crowdsourced place that was reverted or hidden
returns 410 place_removed, so share pages stop showing old content.
OSM IDs resolve to the address / POI, street way, locality or building. The ID of an OSM entrance node
(Entrance.id) returns that entrance (precision: entrance, parent_id = its building), so route
waypoints and share links can point at an entrance.
entrances of an OSM address / building also lists the approved crowdsourced entrances submitted
for it (source: ugc, decision D42), and the ETag changes when they do. A crowdsourced entrance
submitted for an OSM building has that building's OSM id as parent_id — a reference only: none
of the building's OSM attributes are copied into the crowdsourced place.
